Usually, around here, asking for hot gets what anyone who likes spicy food (Texans, Mexicans, Thai) would call “kinda medium-ish.”
Hm, maybe next time I will try the Thai.
Lately though, it’s been buckets and buckets o’ bourbon, Jack preferred.
Smashed potatoes always need tons of garlic.
Or homemade velveeta queso.
Or a grilled steak, roast potato’s, and a spring green salad with a simple lemon-mustard dressing. Ok. Now I’m showing off.
